Exhibit better cytotoxic potential against cancer cells (IC50 = 0.61, 1.08, 0.30, and 1.21 μg/ml against A 549, Col 1, HL-60, and HepG2 tumor cells, respectively) than Cisplatin (Cat. No. 232120).
Biological ActivityCyclin-dependent kinase (cdk) 4 inhibitor (IC 50 = 6.0 μ M at cdk4/cyclin D1) that displays > 33-fold selectivity over cdk2 (IC 50 > 200 μ M at cdk2/cyclin A).
