DescriptionFITC-C6-YVADAP-K(Dnp) is a caspase-1 fluorogenic substrate.1 Upon enzymatic cleavage by caspase-1, FITC is released and its fluorescence can be used to quantify enzyme activity. FITC displays excitation/emission maxima of 485/535 nm, respectively.WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.
