UsesNanangenine B is a sesquiterpenoid, which can be isolated from Aspergillus nanangensis. Nanangenine B exhibits cytotixicity in cancer cell NS-1 with an IC50 of 38 μg/mL[1].
Biological ActivityNanangenine B is a drimane sesquiterpene that has been found in Aspergillus.1 It is active against B. subtilis (IC50 = 62 μg/ml) and cytotoxic to NS-1 mouse myeloma cells (IC50 = 38 μg/ml).
