Description：Urantide是由8个氨基酸组成的多肽，序列中含有8个氨基酸和一对二硫键，是一种具有选择性和竞争性的拮抗剂多肽。Urantide在体外阻断hU-II诱导的胸主动脉收缩，对去甲肾上腺素或内皮素 1 诱导的收缩或乙酰胆碱诱导的松弛没有影响，同时Urantide在钙元素测定中充当部分激动剂的作用。
Urentide is a peptide composed of 8 amino acids, which contains 8 amino acids and a pair of disulfide bonds. It is a selective and competitive antagonist peptide. Urentide blocks the contraction of thoracic aorta induced by hU-II in vitro, and has no effect on the contraction induced by norepinephrine or endothelin 1 or the relaxation induced by acetylcholine. At the same time, Urentide acts as a partial agonist in the determination of calcium.
