B4148 is a selective competitive bradykinin (BK) antagonist peptide composed of 11 amino acids, which can significantly inhibit BK induced hypotension in rats. In the endotoxin shock rat model induced by E. coli lipopolysaccharide, B4148 significantly alleviated the decrease in mean arterial blood pressure compared to the control group.
