PR 39 (porcine) is a natural antibacterial peptide rich in proline and arginine. It is a non competitive, reversible, and allosteric proteasome inhibitor peptide with a sequence of 39 amino acids. Reversible binding of PR 39 (porcine) to proteasomes α 7 subunits and blocking NF through the ubiquitin proteasome pathway- κ B inhibitor I κ B α Degradation. PR 39 (porcine) can stimulate angiogenesis in mice, inhibit inflammatory reactions, and significantly reduce myocardial infarction area.
