IL-23R分子背景
白细胞介素23受体（IL-23R）是一种I型细胞因子受体，IL-23R与受体分子IL12RB1/IL12Rbeta1配对，两者都是IL23A信号传导所必需的。此外，IL-23R与Janus激酶2（JAK2）组成型结合，并以配体依赖的方式与转录激活因子STAT3结合。此外，IL-23R可能通过激活Jak-Stat信号级联来介导T细胞、NK细胞和某些巨噬细胞/髓系细胞的刺激。至于IL-23，它可能与自身免疫性炎症性疾病有关，对肿瘤发生很重要。
