蛋白结构（Molecular Characterization）
This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™).
The protein has a calculated MW of 66.3 kDa. The protein migrates as 95-105 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Biotinylation of this product is performed using Avitag™ technology. Briefly, the single lysine residue in the Avitag is enzymatically labeled with biotin.

白细胞介素23受体（IL-23R）是一种I型细胞因子受体，其与受体分子IL12RB1/IL12Rβ1形成复合物，二者均为IL23A信号传导所必需。该受体结构性结合贾努斯激酶2（JAK2），并以配体依赖性方式与转录激活因子STAT3结合。此外，IL-23R通过激活Jak-Stat信号级联通路，介导T细胞、自然杀伤细胞及部分巨噬细胞/髓系细胞的活化。就IL-23而言，该细胞因子可能参与自身免疫性炎症疾病的发生，并在肿瘤生成过程中发挥重要作用。
