Lunasin is a bioactive peptide composed of 43 amino acids and an acidic polypeptide with antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anticancer, and anti-aging properties. Lunasin can be isolated from soybeans. Lunasin also has an epigenetic mechanism associated with histone acetylation. Lunasin can internalize into cells and inhibit the formation of Oncosphere in cancer cells.
