CXCL4分子背景
CXCL4或血小板因子4（PF4）是属于CXC趋化因子家族的一种小细胞因子。这种趋化因子以同源四聚体的形式从活化血小板的α颗粒中释放出来，对肝素具有高亲和力，并参与血小板聚集。CXCL4对中性粒细胞和单核细胞具有趋化性，同时也是造血、血管生成和T细胞功能的抑制剂。CXCL4/PF4在人肝纤维化中上调，并通过介导星状细胞增殖、迁移和肝内免疫细胞募集在实验性肝纤维化中发挥非冗余的功能作用。
