Integrin α8β1分子背景
重组人整合素α8β1异二聚体蛋白由ITGA8和ITGB1组成。通过低严格杂交分离的整合素α8亚基是一种与β1相关的新型整合素亚基。最近发现的α8整合素亚基与β1结合，主要在成人组织的平滑肌和其他收缩细胞中表达，并在发育过程中在间充质细胞和神经细胞中表达。此外，整合素α8β1是纤维连接蛋白的受体，可以促进纤维连接蛋白上的附着、细胞扩散和神经突起生长。
