胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白7（IGFBP7）也称为IGFBP-rP1、MAC25蛋白、PGI2刺激因子、前列环素刺激因子和肿瘤源性粘附因子，它包含一个Ig样C2型（免疫球蛋白样）结构域、一个IGFBP N端结构域和一个Kazal样结构域。IGFBP7的主要功能是调节组织中胰岛素样生长因子（IGFs）的可用性，以及调节IGF与其受体的结合。IGFBP7以高亲和力结合IGF，但IGF-I和IGF-II除外。IGFBP7还刺激细胞粘附。此外，IGFBP7与某些癌症有关。
