Cross-reactivity of Goat Anti-Chicken IgY H&L (HRP) (Ab170181) was tested by direct ELISA . The wells were coated with the indicated IgG at 0.5 µg/mL (100 µL/well) and incubated overnight at 4℃, followed by a 2% BSA blocking step for 2h. Goat Anti-Chicken IgY H&L (HRP) (Ab170181) at 1/10000 dilution was used as the primary antibody.
