背景（Background）
CD16是一种低亲和力的Fc受体，已被鉴定为Fc受体FcγRIIIa（CD16a）和FcγRIIIb（CD16b）。这些受体与IgG抗体的Fc部分结合。CD16由两个不同的高度同源基因以细胞类型特异性方式编码。CD16存在于自然杀伤细胞，中性粒细胞多形核白细胞，单核细胞和巨噬细胞的表面。
CD16a抗原也称为低亲和力免疫球蛋白γFc区受体III-A，FcγRIIIα。CD16b是由嗜中性粒细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞表达的低亲和力GPI连接受体，而CD16a是中等亲和力多肽锚定的跨膜糖蛋白表达的自然杀伤细胞，巨噬细胞，T细胞亚群，未成熟胸腺细胞和胎盘滋养细胞。CD16a参与吞噬作用，酶和炎症介质的分泌，抗体依赖性细胞毒性和免疫复合物的清除。CD16a的异常表达或突变与复发性病毒感染，系统性红斑狼疮和同种免疫新生儿中性粒细胞减少症的易感性有关。
