背景介绍
CD16是低亲和力Fc受体，包含FcγRIIIa（CD16a）和FcγRIIIb（CD16b）两种亚型。该受体可与IgG抗体的Fc段结合，由两个高度同源基因以细胞类型特异性方式编码，表达于自然杀伤细胞、中性粒细胞、单核细胞及巨噬细胞表面。
CD16a亦称低亲和力免疫球蛋白γ Fc区受体III-A（Fcγ RIII-α），而CD16b是中性粒细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞表达的GPI锚定低亲和力受体；CD16a则为跨膜糖蛋白（多肽锚定型），具中等亲和力，分布于自然杀伤细胞、巨噬细胞、T细胞亚群、未成熟胸腺细胞及胎盘滋养层细胞。CD16a参与介导吞噬作用、促进酶及炎性介质分泌、执行抗体依赖的细胞毒性反应（ADCC）并清除免疫复合物。其异常表达或突变与复发性病毒感染易感性、系统性红斑狼疮及同种免疫性新生儿中性粒细胞减少症相关。
