Description：Candidalysin 是一种细胞溶解性肽毒素，最初从 Candida albicans 中分离出来，同时具有毒性和非毒性的特征，是由31个氨基酸组成的多肽。Candidalysin 通过与宿主细胞的上皮生长因子受体 (EGFR) 相互作用激活上皮细胞信号通路，激活基质金属蛋白酶 (MMP) 和钙离子内流，导致炎症反应和免疫细胞募集。Candidalysin 通过对宿主细胞造成膜损伤而表现出细胞毒性。
Candidalysin is a cell soluble peptide toxin originally isolated from Candida albicans, with both toxic and non-toxic characteristics. It is a peptide composed of 31 amino acids. Candidalysin activates the epithelial signaling pathway by interacting with the host cell's epithelial growth factor receptor (EGFR), activating matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) and calcium influx, leading to inflammatory response and immune cell recruitment. Candidalysin exhibits cytotoxicity by causing membrane damage to host cells.
