ARF1 (2-17) is a 16 amino acid inhibitor peptide that can inhibit ARF independent (i.e. PLC - β) and ARF dependent pathways (i.e. PLD). ARF1 (2-17) can inhibit PLD activity, phospholipase C - β (PLC - β), and exocytosis stimulated by GTP - γ - S.
