背景（Background）
酪氨酸蛋白磷酸酶非受体型底物1（SHPS1）也称为CD172抗原样家族成员A（CD172a）、巨噬细胞融合受体、MyD-1抗原、信号调节蛋白α（SIRPA或SIRPα）或p84，是SIRP家族的成员，也属于免疫球蛋白超家族。SIRP-alpha在大脑中普遍存在并高度表达。SIRPA/CD172a是CD47的免疫球蛋白样细胞表面受体，作为对接蛋白，诱导PTPN6、PTPN11和其他结合伴侣从细胞质转移到质膜。SIRPA/SHPS-1支持小脑神经元的粘附、神经突起的生长和神经胶质细胞的附着，可能在突触发生过程中的细胞内信号传导和突触功能中发挥关键作用。SIRPA/MyD1参与细胞粘附、生长因子或胰岛素诱导的受体酪氨酸激酶偶联细胞反应的负调控，并介导吞噬作用、肥大细胞活化和树突状细胞活化的负调控。CD47结合阻止未成熟树突细胞的成熟，并抑制成熟树突细胞产生细胞因子。
