趋化因子（C-X-C基序）配体2（CXCL2）是属于CXC趋化因子家族的一种小细胞因子，也称为巨噬细胞炎性蛋白2α（MIP2α）、生长调节蛋白β（Groβ）和Gro癌基因-2（Gro-2）。CXCL2在氨基酸序列上与相关趋化因子CXCL1有90%的相同性。这种趋化因子由单核细胞和巨噬细胞分泌，对多形核白细胞和造血干细胞具有趋化作用。CXCL2通过与称为CXCR2的细胞表面趋化因子受体相互作用来动员细胞。与相关趋化因子一样，CXCL2也是一种强大的中性粒细胞趋化因子，并参与许多免疫反应，包括伤口愈合、癌症转移和血管生成。
