肿瘤坏死因子受体超家族成员17(TNFRSF17)亦称为B细胞成熟蛋白(BCMA)或CD269抗原,是肿瘤坏死因子受体超家族的重要成员。该蛋白包含一个TNFR-Cys重复结构域,特异性表达于成熟B细胞表面,而在T细胞及单核细胞中不表达。TNFRSF17作为TNFSF13B/BLyS/BAFF和TNFSF13/APRIL的受体,能够促进B细胞存活并参与体液免疫调节。该受体可激活NF-κB及JNK信号通路。
