This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 39.0 kDa. The protein migrates as 50-60 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

单免疫球蛋白IL-1相关受体（SIGIRR），也称为Toll/白细胞介素-1受体8，是白细胞介蛋白-1受体（IL-1R）家族的成员。SIGIRR作为Toll样和IL-1R受体信号通路的负调节因子。可能通过TIR-TIR结构域与TLR4的相互作用，减弱受体近端信号成分向TLR4受体的募集。通过其细胞外结构域干扰Il1R1和IL1RAP的异二聚化。
