DDM/CHS buffer (DC-11) is sold separately and not included in protein, and please contact us if you need the buffer.
If glycerol is not compatible to your application, remove glycerol just before immediate experiment, and NEVER store glycerol-free protein solution.
Supplied as 0.2 μm filtered solution in 50 mM HEPES, 150 mM NaCl, DDM, pH7.5, CHS with glycerol as protectant.

作为TIMP1的细胞表面受体发挥作用，并在细胞信号级联的激活中发挥作用。在ITGB1和整合素信号传导的激活中起作用，导致AKT、FAK/PTK2和MAP激酶的激活。通过其在AKT和FAK/PTK2激活中的作用，促进细胞存活、肌动蛋白细胞骨架重组、细胞粘附、扩散和迁移。通过调节KDR/VEGFR2的内化，在VEGFA信号传导中发挥作用。在细胞内囊泡运输过程中起作用，是黑素细胞发育和成熟所必需的PMEL管腔结构域的正常运输所必需的。通过调节SELP运输，在白细胞粘附到内皮细胞上发挥作用。可能在Ms4a2/FceRI刺激下的肥大细胞脱粒中发挥作用，但在其他刺激下的桅杆细胞脱粒中不起作用。
