Determined by its ability to inhibit the proliferation of mouse MPC-11 cells. The expected ED50 is ≤ 2.0 ng/ml, corresponding to a specific bioactivity of ≥ 5 x 105units/mg.

It is recommended to redissolve in sterile 0.01 M HCl at a concentration of not less than 1mg/mL.
保存条件&效期（Storage & Stability）
Stored at -20°C for 1 years. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.Please avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

In general, recombinant proteins are provided as lyophilized powder which are shipped at ambient temperature.
Bulk packages of recombinant proteins are provided as frozen liquid. They are shipped out with blue ice unless customers require otherwise.
