11R-VIVIT is a cell permeability nuclear factor (NFAT) inhibitor that activates T cells. It consists of 30 amino acids and contains a high amount of arginine in its sequence. The guanidine group allows the peptide to have the biological function of penetrating the cell membrane. At the same time, 11R-VIVIT can be used to study podocyte and diabetes nephropathy.
