Description：Linaclotide是一种鸟苷酸环化酶C激动剂，结构为含14个氨基酸的多肽。该药物多肽能通过与肠道上皮局部的GC-C受体结合发挥作用，活化后的GC-C受体诱导体内cGMP浓度增加，一方面可以刺激肠液的分泌并促进胃肠活动，导致患者排便次数增多；另一方面可以减少痛觉神经活性，进而减少患者肠道疼痛。
Linaclotide is a guanylate cyclase C agonist with a structure of a peptide containing 14 amino acids. The drug peptide can play a role by binding to local GC-C receptors in the intestinal epithelium, and the activated GC-C receptors can induce an increase in the concentration of cGMP in the body. On the one hand, it can stimulate the secretion of intestinal fluid and promote gastrointestinal activity, leading to an increase in the number of stools in patients; On the other hand, it can reduce pain sensory nerve activity, thereby reducing intestinal pain in patients.
