KSL 128114 is a syntenin peptide inhibitor polypeptide composed of 16 amino acids, which binds to the PDZ1 domain of syntenin with an affinity of nanomolar level. KSL 128114 is not easily degraded in human plasma and mouse liver microsomes, and exhibits PDZ domain selectivity towards syntenin.
