NOTA-P2-RM26 is an antagonistic Bombesin analogue polypeptide composed of 9 amino acids, with NOTA modification at the N-terminus. The gastrin releasing peptide receptor (GRPR/BB2) is a molecular target for prostate cancer visualization. NOTA-P2-RM26 labeled with 111In and 68Ga can be used for PET and SPECT/CT imaging of prostate cancer.
