Description：Terlipressin的序列是在赖氨酸加压素基础上增加了三个Gly，是由12个氨基酸组成的多肽环状多肽，因此在临床表现上，Terlipressin在体内经过酶的降解作用产生活性代谢物，主要活性代谢物为赖氨酸加压素，所以Terlipressin的起效速度较慢，但药效的持续时间较长。而Terlipressin的代谢产物：赖氨酸加压素会在肝脏、肾脏和其它组织中被进一步降解。

Therefore, in clinical manifestations, Terlipressin undergoes enzymatic degradation in the body to produce active metabolites, with the main active metabolite being lysine vasopressin. The metabolite of Terlipressin, lysine vasopressin, is further degraded in the liver, kidneys, and other tissues.
