肿瘤坏死因子受体超家族成员17（TNFRSF17），也称为B细胞成熟蛋白（BCMA）或CD抗原CD269（CD269），是肿瘤坏死因子受体超家族（TNF-receptor superfamily）的一员。该受体包含一个TNFR-Cys重复结构域，并特异性表达于成熟B细胞表面，而在T细胞和单核细胞中不表达。TNFRSF17是TNFSF13B/BLyS/BAFF 和 TNFSF13/APRIL 这两种重要配体的受体，其主要功能在于促进B细胞的存活并参与体液免疫的调节。该受体通过激活NF-κB和JNK信号通路来介导其生物学效应。
