蛋白结构（Molecular Characterization）
This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™).
The protein has a calculated MW of 33.8 kDa. The protein migrates as 40-43 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

肿瘤坏死因子受体超家族成员17（TNFRSF17）亦称B细胞成熟蛋白（BCMA）或CD抗原CD269，是肿瘤坏死因子受体超家族成员。该蛋白包含一个TNFR-Cys结构域重复序列，特异性表达于成熟B细胞（不表达于T细胞或单核细胞），是TNFSF13B/BLyS/BAFF和TNFSF13/APRIL的受体。TNFRSF17能促进B细胞存活，参与体液免疫调节，并可激活NF-kappa-B与JNK信号通路。
