IgG Fc段受体（FcγR）是免疫球蛋白超家族成员，在免疫反应的激活或抑制中发挥作用。目前已确认三类人类Fcγ受体：RI（CD64）、RII（CD32）和RIII（CD16），这些受体可产生多种亚型。
人类FcγRII/CD32包含三种基因亚型（A、B、C），小鼠则仅有FcγRII B（CD32B）。CD32是低亲和力IgG受体，其中激活型亚型CD32A表达于单核细胞、中性粒细胞、血小板及树突细胞表面。该受体广泛分布于多种免疫细胞（巨噬细胞、中性粒细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、血小板、树突细胞及朗格汉斯细胞），这些细胞可能同时共表达携带抑制性ITIM结构域的受体，并被特定配体共结合。
CD32A通过配体结合传递激活信号，触发包括细胞溶解、吞噬作用、脱颗粒及细胞因子产生在内的炎症反应。此类反应可受共表达抑制性受体（如CD32B）的信号调控，且信号强度取决于激活型与抑制型受体的表达比例。
