IgG Fc段受体（FcγR）是免疫球蛋白超家族成员，参与免疫反应的激活或抑制调控。人类FcγR可分为三类：RI（CD64）、RII（CD32）和RIII（CD16），各类受体均存在多种异构体。人类FcγRII/CD32由三个基因（A、B、C亚型）编码，小鼠仅存在FcγRIIB（CD32B）亚型。CD32属于低亲和力IgG受体，其中激活型异构体CD32A表达于单核细胞、中性粒细胞、血小板及树突状细胞。该受体广泛分布于多种免疫细胞（巨噬细胞、中性粒细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、血小板、树突状细胞及朗格汉斯细胞），这些细胞可能同时表达携带ITIM基序的抑制型受体，并可被特定配体共同激活。CD32A与配体结合后传递激活信号，启动炎症应答反应，包括细胞裂解、吞噬作用、脱颗粒及细胞因子产生等过程。这些应答反应受到共表达抑制型受体（如CD32B）信号的调控，且信号强度取决于激活型与抑制型受体的表达比例。
