This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™).
The protein has a calculated MW of 88.6 kDa. The protein migrates as 100-115 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

钙黏蛋白17（Cadherin-17），亦称肝肠钙黏蛋白，属于钙依赖性细胞黏附分子家族中的钙黏蛋白亚型。体内研究表明，敲除CDH17基因可通过增强caspase-3活性诱导胰腺癌细胞凋亡。综上所述，CDH17通过调控肿瘤凋亡信号通路，成为在胰腺癌生长中起关键作用的致癌分子，因此可作为开发抗胰腺癌治疗策略的靶点。
