Tkip is a JAK2 specific inhibitor peptide composed of 12 amino acids. Tkip can bind to JAK2 autophosphorylation sites, inhibiting JAK2 autophosphorylation and phosphorylation of IFN - γ receptor subunit IFNGR-1. Tkip can inhibit the antiviral activity of IFN - γ and the expression of MHC class I molecules. Tkip can be used for research related to the IFN - γ signaling pathway.
