白细胞介素13（IL-13）亦称ALRH、BHR1或P600，是一种单链糖基化多肽，作为调控炎症和免疫应答的关键细胞因子。该因子由多种细胞分泌，尤其以2型辅助T细胞（Th2）为主要来源。
IL-13通过多亚基受体发挥作用，该受体包含IL-4受体α链（IL-4Rα）及至少一条已知的IL-13特异性结合链。虽然IL-13的功能与IL-4存在显著重叠（特别是在造血细胞诱导的变化方面），但由于IL-4作用更强效，这些重叠功能的生物学意义相对次要。
