白细胞介素13受体α2亚基（IL13Rα2）亦称IL13Ra2、分化簇213A2（CD213A2）、CT19、IL-13R、IL13BP，是一种由IL13RA2基因编码的膜结合蛋白。该蛋白与白细胞介素13受体复合物的亚基IL13Rα1高度同源，能以高亲和力结合IL13，但因缺乏胞内结构域而不具备信号转导功能。尽管不能直接结合IL4，它仍可调节IL13和IL4的双重生物学效应，并参与IL13的内化过程。
虽然IL13Rα2是细胞表面受体的组成成分，但其主要存在于细胞内库及可溶形式中，因此与IL13Rα1相反，它作为IL13的强效拮抗剂发挥作用。该蛋白还可能通过其短胞内结构域与IL4Rα链的物理相互作用，抑制IL4依赖性通路。尽管无法激活STAT信号通路，IL13Rα2确实可诱导TGF-β产生并促进纤维化。此外，研究报道IL13Rα2在多形性胶质母细胞瘤中存在特异性高表达。
