This peptide binds to VEGFR2 (KDR/flk), completely inhibiting the binding of VEGF to KDR and preventing VEGF - induced angiogenesis in vivo. In addition, ATWLPPR Peptide specifically inhibits the proliferation of human endothelial cells in vitro and completely eliminates VEGF - induced angiogenesis in vivo.
