Description：Lucicebtide (Compound ST101) 是 CCAAT/增强子结合蛋白 β (C/EBPβ) 的选择性拮抗剂多肽，是由38个氨基酸组成的多肽。Lucicebtide 与 C/EBPβ 的亮氨酸拉链结构域结合，防止其二聚化，并泛素依赖性地降解 C/EBPβ。Lucicebtide 将细胞周期阻滞在 G0/G1 期。Lucicebtide 在癌细胞中表现出细胞毒性。Lucicebtide 在小鼠模型中表现出良好的药代动力学特征，并且抑制肿瘤生长。
Lucicebtide (Compound ST101) is a selective antagonist peptide of CCAAT/enhancer binding protein β (C/EBP β), consisting of 38 amino acids. Lucicebtide binds to the leucine zipper domain of C/EBP β, preventing its dimerization and ubiquitin dependent degradation of C/EBP β. Lucicebtide blocks the cell cycle in the G0/G1 phase. Lucicebtide exhibits cytotoxicity in cancer cells. Lucicebtide exhibits good pharmacokinetic characteristics in mouse models and inhibits tumor growth.
