Description：Dnp-PYAYWMR 是选择性靶向 MMP3 的肽底物，是由7个氨基酸组成的多肽，并带有Dnp荧光修饰。Dnp-PYAYWMR 被 MMP3 裂解，可产生 Dnp-PYA（非荧光基团）和 YWMR（360 nm 处可检测的荧光基团）。MMP3 与 Dnp-PYAYWMR 共孵育 2 小时后，测量 MMP3 荧光强度。Ex/Em = 328/350 nm。
Dnp-PYAYWMR is a peptide substrate that selectively targets MMP3, consisting of a 7-amino acid peptide with Dnp fluorescence modification. Dnp-PYAYWMR is cleaved by MMP3, producing Dnp PSYA (non fluorescent group) and YWMR (fluorescent group detectable at 360 nm). After co incubating MMP3 with Dnp PSYWMR for 2 hours, measure the fluorescence intensity of MMP3. Ex/Em = 328/350 nm。
