癌胚抗原相关细胞黏附分子6（非特异性交叉反应抗原）（CEACAM6）亦称为CD66c、CEAL或NCA，是免疫球蛋白超家族中七个人类CEACAM成员之一。人类CEACAMs包括I型跨膜蛋白（CEACAM1、CEACAM3和CEACAM4）及GPI锚定蛋白（CEACAM5至CEACAM8），其中不存在CEACAM2。CEACAM6包含一个N端V型免疫球蛋白样结构域（N域）及两个C2型免疫球蛋白样结构域。该蛋白具有显著糖基化修饰，包括可介导与E-选择素、半乳糖凝集素及某些细菌菌毛结合的（唾液酸）LewisX表位。CEACAM6在粒细胞及其祖细胞中表达，同时存在于多器官上皮组织，并在胰腺癌、结肠腺癌及增生性息肉中呈现高表达。CEACAM6的过表达会赋予肿瘤细胞对黏附相关凋亡的抗性。
