Mirzotamab is a human IgG1-kappa monoclonal antibody that specifically targets CD276, also known as B7-H3, a transmembrane protein belonging to the B7 immune checkpoint family. As an IgG1 isotype, it is designed to engage immune effector functions such as antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) and complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC).
