Oxelumab (also known as R4930 or huMAb OX40L) is a human monoclonal antibody of the IgG1‑kappa isotype that specifically targets OX40 ligand (OX40L, also known as CD252 or TNFSF4), a member of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) superfamily. By binding to OX40L, oxelumab blocks its interaction with its receptor OX40 (CD134) on activated T cells, thereby inhibiting the co‑stimulatory signal that promotes T‑cell survival, proliferation, and cytokine production.
