Urabrelimab (SRF-231) is a fully human IgG4 kappa monoclonal antibody targeting CD47, a cell surface protein that acts as a "don't eat me" signal by binding to signal regulatory protein alpha (SIRPα) on macrophages. It blocks the CD47-SIRPα interaction to enhance macrophage-mediated phagocytosis of tumor cells. It is being developed for cancer immunotherapy, often in combination with tumor-targeting antibodies, for the treatment of hematologic malignancies and solid tumors.
