名称Momordicoside A
描述Momordicoside A is a triterpenoid saponin compound isolated from bitter melon (Momordica charantia L.), which possesses a variety of biological activities, including inhibition of protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP1B), and can be used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes. In addition, Momordicoside A has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antitumor, and anti-HIV/AIDS potentials.
体外活性方法：使用固相萃取 （SPE） 后进行高效液相色谱 （HPLC） 建立了一种快速、简单、准确的法来确定Momordicoside A 。 结果：在卡铂小柱（3 mL/250 mg）上通过SPE处理样品，然后在C18色谱柱（4.6 mm内径 x 250 mm，5 微米）上以V（乙腈）：V（50 mmol/L磷酸二氢钾缓冲液）= 25：20：60为流动相（0.8 mL/min）和UV检测，在C18色谱柱（4.6 mm内径 x 250 mm，5 微米）上通过HPLC测定。校准曲线在 10 mg/L 至 1,000 mg/L 范围内呈线性 （r2 = 0.9992）。[2]
