性状
白色粉末或白色颗粒,相对密度1.86,溶于水,不溶于乙醇,水溶液与稀无机酸加热则水解成磷酸,有吸湿性,吸水后形成六个结晶水合物,加热至220℃以上时分解生成偏磷酸钠。
用途
用作发酵剂,用于烘烤食品,控制发酵速度;用于方便面,缩小成品复水时间,不粘不烂;用于饼干糕点,缩短发酵时间,降低产品破损率,疏松空隙整齐,可延长贮存期。
包装及贮运
25Kg, 50Kg,1000kg内塑外编袋装。贮于通风、干燥、清洁处,防潮湿。
