Elsiglutide is a GLP-2 analogue and a GLP-2 receptor agonist peptide with oral activity and selectivity. Its sequence contains 39 amino acids and can increase cell proliferation and reduce intestinal cell apoptosis. Elsiglutide improved diarrhea symptoms induced by Lapatinib (HY-50898) in rats.
