Description：Goralatide主要由前体物胸腺素β4经由脯氨酰寡肽酶(POP)水解而释放，序列中含有4个氨基酸。Goralatide能够抑制MGM刺激的骨髓干细胞分化成巨噬细胞，从而起到抗炎作用，同时对多种细胞的增殖具有抑制作用。目前主要用于治疗化疗药物的骨髓毒性。
Goralatide is primarily released through the hydrolysis of its precursor, thymosin β4, by prolyl oligopeptidase (POP), and contains a sequence of four amino acids. It inhibits the differentiation of bone marrow stem cells into macrophages stimulated by MGM, thereby exerting anti-inflammatory effects while also suppressing the proliferation of various cells. Currently, it is mainly used to treat myelotoxicity caused by chemotherapeutic drugs.
