CD抗原 CD71 又称转铁蛋白受体蛋白 1（Transferrin receptor protein 1），简称 TfR、sTfR、p90、TfR1、Trfr，属于肽酶 M28 家族及 M28B 亚家族。CD71/TFR 含有一个 PA（蛋白酶相关）结构域。CD71/TfR1 是转铁蛋白向细胞递送铁离子所必需的蛋白。在人类白血病和淋巴瘤病例中，CD71 是一个潜在的新靶点。已有研究表明，CD71/TFRC/TfR 可与 GABARAP 及 HFE 相互作用。
