背景介绍
CD45 是一种受体蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶，又称 Ly-5 或白细胞共同抗原。CD45 主要通过调控 Src 家族蛋白酪氨酸激酶 Lck 和 Fyn 的活化，参与 T 细胞受体信号转导的启动。CD45 缺陷会导致 T 淋巴细胞和 B 淋巴细胞功能障碍，表现为重症联合免疫缺陷。此外，CD45 在自身免疫性疾病、癌症以及包括真菌感染在内的感染性疾病中也发挥着重要作用。
