背景介绍
RSV病毒粒子表面的两种主要糖蛋白——附着糖蛋白（G）和融合糖蛋白（F）——控制着感染的初始阶段。G蛋白的中心区域包含一个由13个氨基酸组成的高度保守结构域，该结构域部分与一个半胱氨酸环结构域重叠，其中四个半胱氨酸以1-4和2-3方式连接，随后是一个高碱性的肝素结合域（HBD）。HBD可能是大多数细胞表面的硫酸乙酰肝素（HS）的附着位点。源自G蛋白HBD（第184–198位氨基酸）的一种肽段能够高效结合HEp-2细胞，并抑制RSV感染。
